Class Policies
- Payment for tuition is required to reserve a spot in class. Available spots are limited.
- If you sign up online, you are not guaranteed a spot until you receive confirmation from us. Class display on calendar does not indicate or guarantee availability.
- No refunds are issued on class fees if you cancel your class.
- Transferring to another class is available if you provide more than 48 hours notice. You must call or speak with us no later than 48 hours before your class and choose a class to reschedule to from available classes.
- If Wild About Beads cancels a class for any reason you will receive a full refund, or a transfer to another class at your request.
- Participation requires purchase of materials. This affords every student in our classes equal opportunity to create, and allows control of tuition costs.
- We recommend you stop in any day before or early on the day of your class to make your selections of materials (depending on the specific class). We are available and happy to help with your selections, and happy to answer questions.
- Certain classes offer a wide array of materials choices, some classes are more specific and have focused materials lists where you may not need to stop by before class. Please ask for details for the specific class you are interested in.
- Students must plan to be on time for classes. Seating is limited and reserved for participants in our classes only. Please do not bring guests to classes.
